JOSH REEDY OF DECEMBERADIO WEDS

Nashville, TN —— August 11, 2006 ——

Josh Reedy, bass guitar player & lead vocalist, for DecembeRadio wed his girlfriend of two years, Rachel Throckmorton, on July 22nd. The wedding took place in Waynesburg, PA, and Josh sang Keith Urban’s popular tune “Your Everything” to his new bride during the ceremony. Brian Bunn and Eric Miker, from DecembeRadio, were groomsmen.

During the wedding the couple took communion. Rachel’s dad had bought some bread and grape juice for the platter that would serve them. As Josh tells it, “Needless to say, the bread was still in the Quiznos bag and the juice was still in the Welch’s jug!”

Josh popped the big question at Frank’s Mini-golf in Uniontown, PA, and he rented the entire putt-putt so it would be just the two of them. It was 2 pm and about 97 degrees, so Rachel was getting a little hot and irritated. The owner of the miniature golf course had placed the ring in the 17th hole, so when Rachel went to pick up her golf ball, there was the box. After the proposal, the newly engaged couple had a romantic dinner that Josh had prepared.

Marriage vows will soon ring again for DecembeRadio as Brian Bunn will be married to Emily Nester on September 23rd.

New “Offerings” album coming

Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas! OK, we know it’s a little too early to be talking about Christmas. But we have some big news to share with you and we just couldn’t wait any longer.

Third Day has just finished the upcoming installment of the Offerings series, Christmas Offerings, and we are so excited to tell you about it! Over the course of this summer, we spent some time in the studio where we recorded 4 brand new and original songs for this record, along with many other Christmas traditional favorites. In the spirit of the other Offerings projects, we recorded several of these songs with a live audience comprised of dear friends, family members and many terrific fans. It was a great experience! Check back at thirdday.com for more information on how you can pre-order Christmas Offerings in September.

Did you see Third Day on the FX show “30 Days” last week? The documentary-style TV show was on site at the Third Day concert in Grand Prairie, TX, last spring to film content for the episode that aired last Wednesday, “Atheist/Christian.” FX is now airing re-runs of the episode, so check your local listings to find out when it will air again.

Jai Agnish update Jai Agnish & The Callbacks, Live @ Mercury Lounge, NYC, Aug. 27

We’re excited. Hope you can make it out!!

The new CD, Mechanical Sunshine, is out and available for purchase. Stop by www.clerestoryav.com to pick it up.

Jai Agnish and The Callbacks Live at the Mercury Lounge in NYC Sunday, August 27, 10 p.m.

Jai Agnish and The Callbacks

After releasing and touring in support of his self-released and critically acclaimed electro-poppin’ debut, “Automata” in 2000, Jai dropped off the map and fled back to his bed-room where the music making all began. Jai needed time to find the love of making music again after a bout with music biz burn out.

He did emerge, receiving a morale boost from his friend Sufjan Stevens’ who included a song of his on the new Mews Two Asthmatic Kitty compilation.

Jai finally got around to building a MySpace site where he stumbled across old fans and friends and found someone to release his new CD, “Mechanical Sunshine.” It’s the last of the electro-pop style songs released on the micro-indie label ClerestoryAV.

Jai’s now ditched the electro, drum-machine thing and put together a band of musicians he found in his North Jersey home town. The Mercury Lounge show will be just his second NYC gig since forming the band. Jai Agnish and The Callbacks performed to a packed house at the Knitting Factory in May with friends Denison Witmer, Saxon Shore and Ben & Vesper.

“`Automata’ is consistent and digestible. Agnish blends electronics, toys, and folk into a chalice and offers it to you as a gift. Both familiar and unlike anything else, you’d be wise to taste it. It may not (permanently) free you of worry, but if this music is what it feels like to be wholly satisfied with one’s life, then it’ll make you strive for such a life.” -Pitchfork
